3.10 SAVING A CONFIGURATION FILE

The RX receiver automatically saves each configuration setting as an active profile setting. It is possible to store a

configuration as an xml file that can be used to restore an RX8200 receiver. Browse to the Save/Load tab.

Under the Save Configuration to File section Right Click to save the settings entered in the satellite receiver.

Create a logical name for this configuration file e.g. <client name>_<Configuration Type>_<Date>.xml. This

configuration can be saved to the Desktop or some other logical location on the PC being used to browse to the

RX8200.

A Reuters Engineer may wish to take a copy of this for their own client records.
